		<description>Ahlulwulus, if I understand you correctly, what you are asking is that if the leadership wants to make good on projects, but do not have the support of their team then what should the leadership do.  

Well, a good leader knows how to build a good team and motivate a team to gain support for his vision.  If the leader can&#039;t make his team realize his vision and provide the required level of support, it&#039;s again the failure of the leader and not his team.</description>

		<description>I&#039;m pretty much looking into the capability of technical staff (system analyst or programmer). If u are IT leader having good plan to do with the Software development, but somehow your technical support unable to realize the ambition due to any reason that is can&#039;t be ... so how to do? I believe, IT leader and Technical leader want to make project success, but if people who suppose to making the thing happen does not work ... how could we make it happen ... So, selecting a good programmer or analyst is crucial than ever ...</description>
